Faith, health, growth, and the journey from guessing to understanding.
For years, I thought being healthy meant doing more. Eat better. Take supplements. Stay active. Try harder. And while those things matter, I eventually realized something was missing: feedback.
I didn't just want opinions. I wanted to understand what was actually happening inside my body. That realization changed everything.
My life has been shaped by faith, family, resilience, and the desire to build something meaningful. I believe health is not just about looking better or chasing trends.
It's about stewardship. It's about having energy for the people you love. It's about making better decisions. It's about building a future intentionally. That is why test-based wellness made so much sense to me.
This is our own result — Ewa and me. We tested our omega-6 to omega-3 ratio, made specific, informed adjustments, and retested 120 days later. The red numbers below are where we each started. The yellow numbers are where we landed.
My first test came back at 33.90:1 — significantly out of balance. After 120 days, my second test showed 3.5:1 — a real, measurable shift toward balance. Ewa started even further out, at 48.00:1, and moved to 6.8:1 over that same 120 days.
Your body is constantly producing new red blood cells — a natural process that takes roughly 120 days to fully turn over. That's exactly why we retested on that timeline: enough time for real change to show up, not just short-term noise. We didn't have to guess whether anything had shifted. We tested, adjusted, and tested again — and the second number told us the truth.
Individual results vary. This is educational, not medical advice, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
I believe most people are not lazy. They are overwhelmed. They are surrounded by too many opinions, too many products, and not enough feedback.
I believe people deserve a simple way to stop guessing and start understanding. That is the mission behind this work.

Faith first. Family always. Test, don't guess. Time with my wife, Ewa, and our dog, Carmel, is what all of this is really for.
